Sous Chef

Organise and drive the culinary department and project a positive and motivated attitude amongst all team members.

Breakfast Chef

Supporting the Executive Head Chef with preparation of hot and cold food for breakfast service to the highest standard.

Pastry Chef

The Pastry Chef will be responsible for day-to-day creation of baked goods, cakes, and desserts, and overseeing all bakery-related operations.

Chef de Partie | Demi Chef

To assist the Executive Head Chef in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest quality, hygiene and service standards are met and maintained at all times in line with our guests’ expectations.

Kitchen Hand

To wash dishes, clean cooking utensils and kitchen equipment.
