This evening, our guests will be seated around one big friendly table. The special atmosphere will be complemented by a live saxophone performance and breathtaking sunset over the Sveti Stefan bay. Seats are limited.

On August 12, 2022 at 12:00 p.m., we invite professional chefs, restaurant managers and owners to attend a master class by renowned chef Eyck Zimmer.
He has worked in 6 different countries – in some of the finest Hotels & Restaurants in the world like – The Ritz, Claridge’s, The Savoy, The Dorchester, The Berkeley & The Lanesborough all in London with some other 5 Star Hotels in Switzerland, Portugal, Serbia & Germany.
Eyck Zimmer will give attendees his perspective on how the role of F&B has changed and how important it is. What is the best structure for an F&B team? What about the team motivation? What question is on your mind? You are welcome to ask it during the master class!
