NEW EXECUTIVE CHEF
Nikola Vesić, the new Executive Chef at Villa Geba Boutique Hotel, has over 20 years’ international experience in fine dining and luxury hospitality. Throughout his career, he has worked in major gastronomic capitals that set global restaurant trends such as London, Moscow and Dubai, as well as along the Adriatic coast.
His professional background combines European classics with contemporary culinary trends, with a particular focus on Mediterranean cuisine and seasonal ingredients.

The price of the set menu is 85 EUR per person,
including a welcome drink, tea, coffee and wine pairing, and excluding a 10% service charge
