BRAND CHEF
German Medvedev, the new Brand Chef at Muse Restaurant, has been involved in numerous restaurant projects in the United Arab Emirates, China, Russia and Denmark. His simple, concise dishes combine all the richness and diversity of what the Mediterranean has to offer, and impress with the depth and versatility of their flavours.
On 12 April German will present a 6-course set menu inspired by Montenegro and accompanied by local wines.

Coffee Bread with Coffee & Truffle Butter
In Montenegro, bread is a symbol of hospitality. This bread has the depth of mountain-grown coffee and the mystery of truffles from the oak forest of Niksic.
King Crab with Mussel Broth & Avocado Cream
The Adriatic whispers its history. The king crab adds sophistication, the mussel broth pays homage to fishing villages and the avocado cream adds a modern vibe, bridging eras as Villa Geba does.
Beef Tartare with Oyster Sauce, Smoked Heart, Horseradish & Caviar
Montenegro is a country of organic meat and authentic cooking techniques. This beef comes from the valleys of Durmitor. The smoked heart reminds of traditional curing methods, horseradish symbolises Slavic fire, and caviar adds luxury.


Salmon with Roasted Pumpkin, Homemade Cheese & Almonds
This dish symbolises autumn at the market stall in Cetinje. Honey-baked pumpkin, hand-pressed cheese and salted fish, together forming a harmony of flavours.
Ribeye & Asparagus
Farm-raised beef from the highlands of Kolasin, where the pastures smell of sage. Young asparagus from the south coast. A dish that speaks to the strength of the earth and the tenderness of the evening.
Sunset with Lavender, Citrus, Ricotta & Honey
A dessert inspired by the sunset sky over Sveti Stefan. Lavender from the south, honey from the shores of Skadar Lake, Ricotta as soft as a sea breeze and chocolate as the last touch of sunshine.
