We appreciate all business from your establishment and do prefer to work on a – on request only – basis to make sure all your clients will get our unique tailor-made experience at VILLA GEBA.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT – ARRIVAL & GENERAL INFORMATION
Clients may check-in any time after 4 pm on arrival date.
Clients must checkout of their room no later than 12 p.m. on departure date; early check in or late check out depend on availability.
There is the possibility of a late check out at an additional charge. Please let us know in time should your clients wish to have an early check in or late check out.
We are focusing on personalized service and kindly ask you not to hesitate to let us know any special requests of your clients. This is one reason why we ask you or respectively our guests to complete the pre-check in form. Your assistance in this matter really helps to personalize your client’s stay from the first minute onwards – one of the key services of VILLA GEBA.

DRESS CODE
We want you to feel comfortable during your time with us. Your casual elegance appearance will help maintain the ambience that is so distinctive of our hotel and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere.
Dress Guide:
Since Villa Geba is a 5-star boutique hotel, we want you to feel at ease and dress comfortably. During the day, casual clothing is appropriate.
Because every evening at Muse restaurant is a special occasion, after 5:00 PM, please, no midriff-baring tops, sweatpants, or cut-off shorts for ladies.
For gentlemen, no sleeveless shirts, sweatpants, cut-off shorts, flip-flops, sandals, slippers, open-toed shoes.
This applies for all areas inside the hotel including the Lobby, Terrace, Bar & Restaurant, with the exception of Goddess SPA.
Children 12 years and older are expected to be in dress similar to adult.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of 50% of the total amount for the stay must be paid upon reservation.
Full pre-payment of the total amount of the stay is due 14 days before the guest arrival.
Payment to the hotel can be made by the following methods:
- credit card,
- filling in and signing the hotel authorization form mentioning credit card number, expiry date, and 3 digits crypt code,
- bank transfer to the hotel bank account (bank transfer fees are at the charge of the client).
Noncompliance with the above conditions can result in the cancellation of the reservation.
CANCELLATION
Mid-season and Low Season:
- In the case of cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival; no penalty, deposit is fully refundable.
- In the case of cancellation from 7 to 3 days prior to arrival; 50% will be charged.
- In the case of cancellation less than 3 days prior to arrival; 100% will be charged.
High Season:
- In the case of cancellation up to 15 days prior to arrival; no penalty, deposit is fully
refundable. - In the case of cancellation from 15 to 7 days prior to arrival; 50% will be charged.
- In the case of cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival; 100% will be charged.
For all reservations:
- In case of no show or early departure 100% of the total amount of the stay is charged.
PROFORMA INVOICES
All our rates (inclusive of VAT) and invoices will be in EUR.
Your commission will be paid from the Gross room rate.
With every booking confirmation we will provide you with a proforma invoice showing your commission percentage and amount.
ONLINE PAYMENTS
Villa Geba uses WSPay for online payments.
WSPay is a secure system for online payments, real time credit and debit card payments, and other payment methods. WSPay ensures the buyer and the merchant with the secure card data entry and transfer, which is also confirmed by PCI DSS certificate. WSPay uses 256-bit SSL encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest protection standards for data entry and transfer.
All payments will be effected in Montenegro currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
