TERMS & CONDITIONS

We focus on personalised service and kindly ask you to let us know of any special requests you may have. We therefore ask all our guests to fill in our form prior to check-in. Your assistance in this matter really helps to personalise your stay from the first minute onwards.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is after 16:00 (Montenegrin time). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and on request.

Check-out time is before 12:00 (Montenegrin time). For check-out from 12:00 (Montenegrin time) up to 16:00 (Montenegrin time), the Hotel shall apply a surcharge of 50% of the suite rate plus applicable taxes.

For check-out after 16:00 (Montenegrin time) of the day of the departure, the Hotel shall apply a surcharge of 100% of the suite rate plus applicable taxes.

Please let us know in time should you wish to have an early check-in or late check-out.

Upon check-in, all guests shall be requested to provide a guarantee of payment for the Hotel’s accommodation unless prepaid prior to arrival, and extra services. Such guarantee can be provided by means of reservation by the Hotel of the amount of 500 EURO on valid credit card (American Express, Visa or MasterCard).

MUSE RESTAURANT & BAR

  • A la carte menu from 12:00 till 22:00

  • Bar from 12:00 till 22:00

DRESS CODE

We want you to feel comfortable during your time with us. Your casual elegance appearance will help maintain the ambience that is so distinctive of our hotel and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere.

Dress Guide:

Since Villa Geba is a 5-star boutique hotel, we want you to feel at ease and dress comfortably. During the day, casual clothing is appropriate.

Because every evening at Muse restaurant is a special occasion, after 5:00 PM, please, no midriff-baring tops, sweatpants, or cut-off shorts for ladies.

For gentlemen, no sleeveless shirts, sweatpants, cut-off shorts, flip-flops, sandals, slippers, open-toed shoes.

This applies for all areas inside the hotel including the Lobby, Terrace, Bar & Restaurant, with the exception of SPA.

Children 12 years and older are expected to be in dress similar to adult.

DEPOSIT

  1. Refundable Rates.

One-night refundable deposit is required at the time of the booking. In addition, other Deposit and Payment terms apply and this includes:

Low Season:

  • Full and final payment is required no later than 7 days prior to arrival.
  • New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner (31 December 2024) is mandatory.

Middle Season:

  • Full and final payment is required no later than 14 days prior to arrival.

High Season and Peak Season:

  • Full and final payment is required no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
  1. Non-Refundable Rates.

Full prepayment in required at the time of the booking.

An online payment link is available for secure credit card payments and the card utilized for this (and all online bookings) must also be presented by the card holder upon check-in, accompanied by passport or ID verification. All payments shall be made in EURO. All bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the guest.

Noncompliance with the above conditions can result in the cancellation of the reservation.

CANCELLATION

  1. Refundable Rates.

Low Season:

In case of cancellation up to 7 days prior arrival; no penalty, deposit is fully refundable.

Cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival, will incur a fee of 100% of total room charges.

Middle Season:

In case of cancellation up to 14 days prior arrival; no penalty, deposit is fully refundable.

Cancellation 14 days or less prior to arrival, will incur a fee of 100% of total room charges.

High Season and Peak Season:

In case of cancellation up to 30 days prior arrival; no penalty, deposit is fully refundable.

Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival, will incur a fee of 100% of total room charges.

  1. Non-Refundable Rates.

Reservations are non-changeable and non-refundable.

Cancellation will incur a fee of 100% of total room charges.

For all reservations:

  • In case of no show or early departure 100% of the total amount of the stay is charged.

The Hotel reserves the right not to provide exemptions from its cancellation policy for medical or personal matters, inclement weather, or other circumstances.

Any changes in the dates of stay in reservation or cancellation of the reservation must be done in writing by E-mail. The Hotel shall forward to the guest written confirmations of reservation, any changes in the reservation, or any reservation cancellation indicating the reservation reference number or cancellation number, as the case may be.

PROFORMA INVOICES

All our rates (inclusive of VAT) and invoices will be in EUR.

Your commission will be paid from the Gross room rate.

With every booking confirmation we will provide you with a proforma invoice showing your commission percentage and amount.

ONLINE PAYMENTS

Villa Geba uses WSPay for online payments.

WSPay is a secure system for online payments, real time credit and debit card payments, and other payment methods. WSPay ensures the buyer and the merchant with the secure card data entry and transfer, which is also confirmed by PCI DSS certificate. WSPay uses 256-bit SSL encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest protection standards for data entry and transfer.

An online payment link is available for secure credit card payments and the card utilized for this must also be presented by the card holder upon check-in, accompanied by passport or ID verification.

All payments will be effected in Montenegro currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.

Payment to the hotel can be made by the following methods:

  • credit card,
  • filling in and signing the hotel authorization form mentioning credit card number, expiry date, and 3 digits crypt code.
  • bank transfer to the hotel bank account (bank transfer fees are at the charge of the client).
