BRAND CHEF
German Medvedev, the new Brand Chef at Muse Restaurant, has been involved in numerous restaurant projects in the United Arab Emirates, China, Russia and Denmark. His simple, concise dishes combine all the richness and diversity of what the Mediterranean has to offer, and impress with the depth and versatility of their flavours.
The restaurant’s seasonal ingredients – vegetables, fruit and olives – are grown on local farms, the meat comes from the north of the country and the freshest fish and seafood are brought to the restaurant early in the morning, when the bakers are just starting to bake the hot bread for breakfast.
THE CHEF
Sergio Enrique Baez Vielmas, the Executive Chef at Muse Restaurant & Bar, was born in Mexico and has extensive experience working at leading five-star resorts in the Caribbean.
