SIGNATURE CUISINE
Mediterranean cuisine combines Moroccan spices, Lebanese hummus, French cheese, Croatian sausages, Greek and Spanish olives… all together creating a stunning picture that is a harmony of taste.
Our menu changes four times a year, as it’s important for us to get the most out of the products we work with. That’s why we prefer seasonal ingredients grown in the hotel’s kitchen garden and small local farms, as well as the freshest fish and seafood, which are brought to us early in the morning.
THE CHEF
Sergio Enrique Baez Vielmas, the Executive Chef at Muse Restaurant & Bar, was born in Mexico and has extensive experience working at leading five-star resorts in the Caribbean.
